Arrrrgh!

So I've decided that I want to re-create my website here on Blogger so that I can get away from the whole hosting thing.

Now, I've been dabbling in HTML for over a decade now, but this template thing is completely confounding me. I guess it's because I like my code all neat and orderly and, well, it's not.

The other thing that is driving me nuts is that there seems to be a whole bunch of books out there about designing templates/websites in WordPress, but I don't want to use WordPress because there's the whole hosting thing again.

Ah well. I ordered a few basic books from Amazon about Blogger, and hopefully I can muddle through other people's templates enough to create my own.

So anyway, apologies that this blog looks nothing like my website and is kind of crammed in there. Also, apologies for no contact page, though you can still contact me on Etsy. Yes, I know. Yes, I'm working on it.

And if anyone has any book suggestions, please share them!
